Independent Travel Training Survey

South Tyneside Council want to make sure that young people are able to live as independently as possible. This includes being able to

travel safely to and from their school/setting as well as visiting and meeting their friends by themselves, using different ways of

getting there including walking, cycling or going on a bus.

We are exploring different models of Independent Travel Training and would like to capture the views of parents, pupils and staff

within schools to inform future commissioning plans.
